Anime Review ... Thingy (Not A Shotgun)

Oh man, it's been a while since I reviewed some anime. Apparently since May. And it's not like I haven't watched anime since then. It's just.... I kinda get the impression nobody really cared about it.

Not like "oh woe is me, nobody cares about my opinion", but mainly my opinion is pretty jaded and skewed. Therefore, if you're not me, then my opinion is going to be somewhat unfair. Yeah, you might just simply ask for my take on a specific series... buuuut then you could just read a description yourself.

So with that being said, I'm going to keep this very short.

The last time I reviewed was apparently in May. Since then, I've watched a handful of anime. Still watching Beelzebub and Sket Dance (as they're ongoing), Blue Exorcist is done for now. And then there was ~~

-Kamisama no Memochou: Got 4 eps in and quit
-Dantalian no Shoka: 4 eps in and quit
-A few that finished, some going to have future seasons (Deadman Wonderland), some probably not (Nichijou), but I actually don't remember many of them off the top of my head (Summer's lineup was SO BAD I forgot most of the stuff I've watched this year. :x)

Then you have Fall.

! I haven't watched Fate/Zero yet. I'm going to watch it... eh, probably when I get speakers for my new computer. That sounds like a stupid reason, but I'm really too lazy to switch sites. LOL

-Ben-to is hilarious. I don't care what anybody says. I read the description and accepted that it was going to be a stupid show built around an illogical BS concept. If you can do that, it's entertaining.

-Shakugan no Shana 3, and I will say this again until it lives up to status quo; I have faith in this season. It's been slow as heck so far ( I feel like I'm going to fall asleep every episode ), but I feel like it's building up to something pretty big. Be it big action or big love polygon, I have a hunch that if they actually make any season not suck, it'll be this one. (And btw, as much as I don't care for a love polygon story, I'm ok with SnS's... I dunno why.) ... I really do think it'll just have a dumb ending, though.

-Ika Musume 2 is the same as season 1. If you like it, you'll like season 2. I don't really like it, but I feel kinda obligated to watch cause I didn't hate it, just didn't laugh often.

And, with all that said, I started to just say this in the beginning and call it a night.



Watch Mirai Nikki (Future Diary). Gets my pick for best anime of this season (Fall) no questions asked. Unfair? Yes, but I love the concept of it, and I think it has a bit of what everybody tends to want. ... Some of it kinda twisted, yes, but I like twists.
